I am a qualified counsellor and describe my work as integrative. This involves drawing upon different theories to help support you.
I integrate humanistic theories such as person-centred, transactional analysis and gestalt to create a unique therapeutic process that is tailored to your needs. Alongside this I also use existential and psychodynamic understanding to identify deeper issues and explore their meaning.
